Standard Delivery Information

Orders are processed as soon as possible, generally within 2-3 working days, however, this may be slightly longer during unusually busy periods. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order and you will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. We currently deliver within the UK only.

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed when items are placed in your shopping basket/cart.

Methods of Delivery

All orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class or Next Day delivery, depending on which service you select at checkout. If you select Next Day Delivery they will require a signature on delivery. If you are not normally at home during the day please supply an alternative address such as your work address, or instructions on where your parcel can be safely left, for example with a neighbour. This will be at your own risk. Alternatively, a card will be left to re-arrange delivery if no one is at home to receive your order. 

Delivery Times

Standard Royal Mail 2nd Class: Approx 3-5 working days 

Next Day Delivery: Delivery on next working day, available on orders received by 1pm Mon - Fri. 

Please note that delivery times may be longer to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and other remote areas. 

* The free UK delivery service for orders will use the Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery service.
